Warren Baker

Warren Baker has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of commercial and residential development and construction including big-box retail, high-rise development, adapt /re-use and office development. A recipient of the prestigious Crystal Key Award for Excellence, Mr. Baker has developed several high profile properties such as the award winning 20 story high-rise at 2120 N. Lincoln Park West and the former DuPont Chemical site – a IEPA superfund, brownfield redevelopment consisting of a 200,000 s.f. Kohl's/Best Buy at Armitage Avenue and the Kennedy Expressway in Chicago's CBD.

Steve Korol

Steve Korol is experienced in all aspects of residential acquisitions and development including multi-unit, town home, single-family and brownfield development. Most recently, Steve pioneered the Asset Maximization Program (AMP) – a joint venture program with lenders designed to underwrite and enhance the value of fractured, REO properties as a higher-value alternative to a distressed asset sale.

Mr. Korol's prior accomplishments include General Management and Senior Leadership across key business operating functions. As President of the Logistics division of $9B RR Donnelley (NYSE:RRD), Steve built a $700 million entity, which became the 6th largest non-asset based logistics providers in the US and brings his strong deal making skills and numerous banking/Wall Street relationships to the team.

Daniel J. Slack

Daniel J. Slack, former President of Calamos Real Estate and Vice President of The Alter Group, has been involved in over $1B of real estate development over his 25-year career. Development expertise includes multi-family residential, commercial office and retail as well as hospitality and mixed-use.

Dan handles all aspect of the investment and development process including land acquisition, entitlements, public incentives, financing, design and construction oversight as well as marketing and leasing. Some of Dan's most notable projects include the one million square foot City Gate Center mixed-use project in Naperville, Illinois, the $100M Dearborn Plaza mixed-use project in Chicago's River North and the AT&T/USG Building complex in Chicago's Loop.

Kevin Loftus

Kevin Loftus is experienced in all aspects of commercial and residential design and construction oversight including shopping centers, big/small box retail, mixed use, town home, adapt/re-use and brownfield properties. With architecture and construction management as his background, Kevin provides the team with quick evaluations of development opportunities and provides an invaluable expertise on achieving efficient/flexible designs and cost-sensitive construction techniques.
