Baker Development has recently completed the development of 2120 N. Elston Avenue. Located along the Kennedy Expressway between Chicago's Lincoln Park and Bucktown communities, this former EPA Superfund eleven-acre site, operated for decades as a paint and chemical factory by DuPont Chemical Company, was environmentally remediated and redeveloped into a new, upscale retail development.

Tenants include the first urban Kohl's Retail Store in the country as well as a Best Buy, Harris Bank, small shop retail and parking for nearly 900 cars.
